How I coach

I’m a mom of twins, business owner, and endurance athlete currently training for my 6th Ironman.

Over the years, I’ve raced multiple 70.3s, including the 70.3 World Championships, as well as marathons and ultramarathons. More recently, I trained for an Ironman last year and felt ready to race – but life (ahem  admin fail!) had other plans.

These days, I’m navigating training alongside real life in a very different way.

I know the juggle – because I’m in it now.

My coaching is built around helping you make this work in a way that feels realistic, structured, and actually enjoyable. Using TriDot gives us the data and framework to train effectively, but what matters most is how that training fits into your life.
