I coach the whole person, not just the athlete.
Getting fitter and faster matters – of course it does. But the best training plan in the world is useless if it doesn’t work in the context of your actual life. So I want to understand what’s happening beyond your sessions too: your work, family, stress, recovery, confidence, habits and the inevitable curveballs that come along.
I also don’t see strength, mobility, recovery and mindset as extras to bolt onto endurance training when there’s time. They’re part of building a strong, capable and resilient athlete. My background across endurance coaching, personal training, Pilates and health coaching means I can bring those pieces together rather than treating them as separate problems.
I’ll challenge you when you need challenging, adapt when life genuinely gets in the way, and help you find solutions rather than making you feel as though you’ve failed the plan.
Because my aim isn’t simply to get you to the finish line. It’s to help you discover just how much you’re capable of – and enjoy the life you’re living while you get there.
