I’m a mom of twins, business owner, and endurance athlete currently training for my 6th Ironman.
Over the years, I’ve raced multiple 70.3s, including the 70.3 World Championships, as well as marathons and ultramarathons. More recently, I trained for an Ironman last year and felt ready to race – but life (ahem admin fail!) had other plans.
These days, I’m navigating training alongside real life in a very different way.
I know the juggle – because I’m in it now.

I always come back to the reminder that we get to do this. It’s a privilege to be able to train, and an even bigger one to help someone build confidence, quiet the inner critic, and achieve something they once didn’t think was possible
